Delivery
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, or outside of the UK at this time.
2. Dispatch & Delivery Timescales
Most orders are custom-made and are usually dispatched within 28 days of payment being received, unless otherwise stated on the product page or in your order confirmation.

Standard Delivery: Estimated 2–5 working days from dispatch.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
4. Receiving Your Order
It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for your delivery at the address provided. If the courier is unable to deliver, they may leave your parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or attempt redelivery.
5. Missing or Delayed Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timescales, please contact us at sales@macronstorenorthamptonshire.com so we can investigate.
6. Shortages and Damaged Goods
We take great care to ensure your order is complete and in perfect condition. However, if any items are missing, incorrect, or damaged, you must notify us within 3 working days of receipt of your delivery.

Please include your order number, details of the shortage/damage, and photos where possible to help us resolve the issue quickly.
7. Risk and Ownership
All items remain the property of Macron Sports Hub Northamptonshire until full payment is received. Once delivered, the risk of loss or damage passes to you.
